- Support the execution and evolution of a personal brand strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all public facing channels.
- Manage media relations activities including press kits, media briefs, outreach efforts, and coordination of interviews, features, and speaking engagements.
- Oversee and execute social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
- Develop and refine written content including social copy, talking points, articles, and thought leadership pieces, including ghostwriting when required.
- Coordinate logistics and preparation for public events, appearances, panels, and keynotes, ensuring strong brand presentation and readiness.
- Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and online presence, proactively identifying reputational risks and supporting crisis communications when needed.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and external stakeholders to maintain a high quality and consistent brand presence across all formats.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in PR, executive communications, personal branding, or media relations, ideally supporting senior executives or high profile individuals
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
- Strong expertise in social media strategy, digital branding, and content distribution across major platforms
- Proven experience working with media professionals, influencers, agencies, or public facing stakeholders
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Fluency in English is required; Russian fluency is a strong advantage
