The Role

  • As a Personal Trainer, you will be the face of our wellness journey.
  • You will provide expert knowledge on equipment safety, lead engaging fitness classes, and ensure service excellence at every touchpoint.
  • You will operate in a highly empowered environment where your initiative and care directly impact guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise guests on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular and weight bearing equipment.
  • Conduct a variety of dynamic fitness classes and activities that inspire and energize members.
  • Deliver a flawless service experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand's commitment to quality.
  • Anticipate guest needs, prevent potential issues, and execute effective service recovery when necessary.
  • Communicate proactively with fellow ambassadors and management, always keeping the guest's best interests at heart.
  • Ensure all operational tasks are conducted strictly in line with service standards and safety procedures.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Industry recognized Personal Training certification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of similar experience, preferably within the 5 star hospitality industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of gym machinery, functional training principles, and basic nutrition.
  • Excellent command of spoken English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct asset.
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ), resilience, and a natural desire to 'go the extra mile.'
