Responsibilities
- Support the Premier, Advance and other departments and assist Relationship Managers
- Meet and Greet customers and assist with queries and requests for statements, letters etc.
- Monitor waiting time for customers in the Queue and remain alert to surroundings
- Ensure customers are served promptly, professionally and fairly as per Group Standards
- Ensure superior customer service at the counter and through telephone
- Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality
- Accept ownership of a task/complaint and see it through for a satisfactory solution
- Deliver fair outcomes for customers and ensure own conduct maintains orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
Requirements
- Graduation degree (essential for UAE visa and work permit)
- Proven ability in customer service and building customer relationships
- Ability to identify customer needs and influence customers
- Broad knowledge of financial planning and defining customer needs
- Understanding of the mass affluent customer segment
- Full understanding of referral processes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability in making lending decisions in accordance with bank policy
- Clear understanding of value creation within the Premium segment
