Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as a key point of contact, handling confidential communication and liaising with senior stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate across multiple business units, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and follow-ups
Requirements
- Open to Arabic nationals, Female within 35 years and below.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a PA/EA supporting C-level executives, preferably within holding or diversified companies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
