A highly organized and proactive
Personal Assistant
is sought to support a senior executive operating at CEO/COO level.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones
- Arrange and oversee domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing meetings, communications, and requests
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Prepare meeting materials, briefing documents, and follow-up action items
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Support personal and business-related tasks as needed
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational conflicts
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior executives (CEO, COO, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex agendas and competing priorities
- Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is required
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- High level of discretion, integrity, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in standard office and productivity tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced or international business environments
- Familiarity with high-touch executive support and stakeholder management
- Flexibility with working hours as required
