Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary / House Manager to provide comprehensive administrative, personal, and household support to the Owner/Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinat

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate recruitment and basic supervision of household staff, including housemaids, drivers, and other domestic personnel.
  • Oversee household operations, maintenance, service providers, and supplies.
  • Handle personal errands, appointments, reservations, and special requests for the Director and family members.
  • Coordinate and process government related transactions and documentation as required, including RTA vehicle registration renewals, driving license renewals, vehicle inspections, traffic related matters, and other government authority requirements.
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending matters, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Accompany the Director on business trips, meetings, or personal travel when required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all business and personal information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving skills.
  • Professional, trustworthy, discreet, and detail oriented.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Flexible working hours based on business and personal requirements.
  • Must be available on a 24/7 on call basis, as needed, including weekends and public holidays.
