Overview

Our client, a leading regional law firm, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing high-level administrative support, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.

This role requires strong multitasking abilities, discretion, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Partner s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating across multiple time zones
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Partner and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle correspondence with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Prepare meeting agendas and relevant documentation
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure proper follow-up on action points
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Issue invoices and manage billing processes
  • Follow up on collections and outstanding payments
  • Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
  • Prepare and update accounting data in Excel for submission to the accounting department
  • Ensure accuracy and timely tracking of financial transactions
