Responsibilities
- Monitor the firm's trading systems, price feeds, client trading activity, and market exposure to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Investigate trade related incidents, analyze findings, and recommend appropriate solutions
- Work closely with the Platforms team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical trading issues
- Provide operational support to client facing teams by handling trading related inquiries
- Assist with the implementation, testing, and operational rollout of new products and trading features
- Monitor and resolve real time pricing issues, including quote freezes, price gaps, and filtration anomalies
- Utilize the company's CRM system to support daily operational activities
- Perform MetaTrader 5 (MT5) administration tasks, including instrument setup, group configuration, markups, swaps, and related platform maintenance
- Prepare daily trading, reconciliation, and client position reports using MT5 and third party trading platforms
- Monitor trading exposure and contribute to daily risk reporting
- Stay informed about financial markets, industry developments, and market trends through ongoing research

- Knowledge of MetaTrader 5 (MT5) administration tasks
- Understanding of financial markets and trading operations
