Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Doha, Qatar.
The role provides day-to-day support to senior leadership and includes administrative coordination, communication, records management, and stakeholder liaison.

Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, organize meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare basic correspondence and documentation.
- Handle phone calls and emails, maintain confidential records, and follow up on action items.
- Perform filing, data entry, document preparation, and other clerical and administrative tasks.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
