Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer role based in Doha, Qatar.
The role supports the CEO with scheduling, correspondence, meeting preparation, stakeholder coordination, and administrative follow-up.
Executive Support Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
- Organize and prioritize daily requests.
- Draft and review correspondence and documents.
- Prepare agendas and briefing materials so the CEO is ready for meetings.
- Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Support executive event planning and follow up on action items.
- Assist with administrative tasks that enable efficient executive decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
