Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Executive Assistant role based in Doha, Qatar, with some flexibility for work from home.

Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare expense reports.
- Draft and proofread correspondence and prepare presentations and meeting materials.
- Organize files and records and ensure effective follow-up on action items.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support events, board meetings, and executive projects.
