Role Description
The Co-Founder shapes the strategic direction, operations, and growth of Al Haadi Holding in a full-time, on-site capacity in Doha.
The role combines venture evaluation, business planning, operations oversight, stakeholder management, fundraising, sales, and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities, conduct market and financial analysis, and develop business plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee selected venture operations and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Support fundraising and investment activities and co-lead brand positioning, sales, and marketing.
- Collaborate on resource allocation, team building, long-term planning, and critical business decisions.
