Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the household to ensure smooth operations
- Supervise and coordinate with existing household staff, ensuring high standards of performance
- Manage wardrobe organization, maintenance, and laundry processes
- Handle travel arrangements including bookings, itineraries, and logistics
- Maintain and manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
- Act as a point of coordination for all household and personal requirements
- Ensure discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely execution
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role (P.A., House Manager, or Hospitality background preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Flexibility to travel if required
