Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the household to ensure smooth operations
  • Supervise and coordinate with existing household staff, ensuring high standards of performance
  • Manage wardrobe organization, maintenance, and laundry processes
  • Handle travel arrangements including bookings, itineraries, and logistics
  • Maintain and manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
  • Act as a point of coordination for all household and personal requirements
  • Ensure discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely execution

Key Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role (P.A., House Manager, or Hospitality background preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexibility to travel if required
