Overview
- We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and professional Female House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious UHNW private residence in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury household management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of service, discretion, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day operations of the private residence, ensuring smooth household management.
- Supervise, train, and manage household staff, including butlers, housekeepers, chefs, drivers, and external service providers.
- Develop staff schedules, allocate duties, and monitor performance.
- Ensure impeccable cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the residence.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive servicing of the property.
- Manage household inventories, supplies, and procurement of luxury household items.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers while maintaining quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate family events, guest visits, and special occasions.
- Assist with travel preparations and ensure the residence is ready before and after family travel.
- Prepare and manage household budgets, invoices, and expense records where required.
- Maintain household SOPs and ensure all staff adhere to established service standards.
- Handle confidential family matters with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
