Role Summary
Applus+ is seeking an experienced Performance Measurement Specialist to join a waste management project operating under a performance-based contract.
This role focuses on developing KPIs, monitoring operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** aligned with contract requirements and organizational objectives.
- Analyze operational data and performance trends to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Monitor compliance with **performance-based contracts**, ensuring deliverables and targets are achieved.
- Support the design and implementation of **performance management frameworks** and reporting systems.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to compare performance against industry best practices and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance objectives with operational execution.
- Prepare periodic performance reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure alignment between operational performance and **operations excellence standards**.
- Support governance processes related to performance management and reporting.
- **Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum **8+ years of experience** in performance management, business analysis, or operations excellence.
- Proven experience working within **performance-based contracts or KPI-driven environments**.
- Strong background in **data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development**.
- Experience in developing and monitoring **performance frameworks and KPIs**.
