- Analyze operational data and field monitoring reports submitted by contractors and supervision teams
- Develop and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for cleaning services
- Utilize statistical analysis tools to evaluate performance trends and identify patterns
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analytical reports
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize operational performance
- Conduct comparative analyses across zones and contracts
- Analyze complaints data and correlate with service quality indicators
- Collaborate with Quality Specialist and Project Manager to enhance analytical models
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data in official project reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, performance measurement, statistical reporting, or related field
- Professional certification or formal training in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or equivalent
- Proficiency in SPSS, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
