Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple project and operational sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools using Power BI
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to customer experience, compliance, service quality, and operational performance
- Identify trends, patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for project teams, management, and clients
- Translate complex data into clear visualizations, presentations, and actionable insights
- Support customer experience measurement, mystery shopping, compliance, and assessment programs
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define reporting requirements
- Present findings, trends, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and performance measurement
- Strong proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Arabic and English communication skills preferred

- Responsible for analyzing operational and assessment data, developing dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and generating actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple project and operational sources.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and performance measurement.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into meaningful business insights.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and meet project deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and data quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer experience analytics, compliance reporting, operational performance reporting, or quality assurance programs.
- Previous experience in customer experience, mystery shopping, insurance, compliance, consulting, or inspection related projects.
- Knowledge of KPI frameworks, trend analysis methodologies, and performance measurement practices.
- Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
