About The Role
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition at Superchat.
This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role where you will be directly responsible for driving user growth, transaction volume, and CAC efficiency.
You will manage significant budgets, optimize across multiple channels, and work closely with product, data, and creative teams to build a best-in-class growth engine.
This role is ideal for someone who has scaled consumer apps, marketplaces, or high-frequency transaction products.
Paid Acquisition Strategy & Scaling
- Own the full paid acquisition strategy across:
• Google (Search, UAC, YouTube)
- TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging platforms
- Identify the most efficient channels and scale them aggressively
- Build a multi-channel acquisition engine, reducing reliance on any single platform
- Continuously test new channels and formats (influencer performance, affiliate, etc.)
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Launch and manage campaigns end-to-end:
- Audience targeting
- Creative testing
- Budget allocation
- Bid strategies
- Optimize daily based on:
- CAC
- CTR
- CVR
- ROAS
- Run structured A/B tests across:
- Creatives
- Messaging
- Funnels
- Rapidly kill underperforming campaigns and double down on winners
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Work closely with Product to improve:
- App install → signup conversion
- Signup → first transaction conversion
- Identify drop-offs across the funnel and implement improvements
- Optimize:
- Landing pages
- Onboarding flows
- First user experience (“aha moment”)
- Align campaigns with high-converting use cases (e.g., “order food via chat in seconds”)
Data, Attribution & Analytics
- Own performance tracking and attribution setup:
- MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
- Pixel & event tracking
- Build dashboards to track:
- CAC by channel
- Cohort performance
• Retention & LTV
- Analyze performance at a granular level:
- Channel → campaign → ad set → creative
- Work closely with data teams to improve attribution accuracy
Budget Ownership & Forecasting
- Manage and allocate a significant monthly marketing budget
- Forecast growth scenarios based on spend
- Continuously optimize budget allocation across channels
- Balance:
- Growth speed
- CAC efficiency
- Payback period
Creative Strategy & Testing
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-performing creatives
- Define clear creative hypotheses and testing roadmap
- Drive production of:
- Static ads
- Video ads
- UGC-style content
- Identify winning messaging angles:
- “Chat to order anything”
- “AI that gets things done
- Iterate quickly based on performance data
Experimentation & Growth Loops
- Build and run a structured experimentation roadmap
- Test:
- New audiences
- New geographies
- New use cases
- Explore growth loops such as:
- Referral programs
- Incentive-based acquisition
- Identify scalable, repeatable growth levers
Experience
- 3–6+ years in performance marketing / paid acquisition
- Proven track record managing and scaling
- large paid budgets
- Experience in:
- Consumer apps
- Marketplaces
- Fintech or on-demand platforms
- Experience scaling from
- early-stage to growth-stage
- is a strong plus
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Deep expertise in:
• Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads (Search + UAC)
- TikTok Ads
- Strong understanding of:
- Attribution models
- Conversion tracking
- Funnel analytics
- Hands-on with tools like:
• GA4 And Mixpanel And Amplitude
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
