Overview

  • The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales, spa bookings, retail traffic, and customer acquisition.
  • The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with creative thinking and has a proven track record of delivering measurable growth through paid media, conversion optimization, and data driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage customer acquisition, lead generation, and retention campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other platforms.
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance to maximize return on advertising spend (ROAS).
  • Manage advertising budgets and forecast performance.
  • Drive traffic and conversions for the IZIL e commerce platform; monitor website performance and customer journeys.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, and conversion funnels.
  • Work closely with the e commerce team to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with CRM teams to improve customer retention and repeat purchase rates.
  • Support email, SMS, and loyalty marketing initiatives.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, luxury retail, or e commerce industries preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets and achieving measurable growth.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience with attribution models, tracking implementation, and conversion optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRM, and marketing automation is an advantage.
