We are looking for a Brand Copy & Messaging Lead to define, shape, and elevate how Izil speaks across every touchpoint.

This is where you come in.

This is a senior brand role with end-to-end ownership of Izil’s messaging ecosystem.

You will define:

· The core messaging angle behind campaigns and launches

· How products are positioned and explained

· How science is translated into consumer language

· How our tone of voice evolves and remains consistent

You will operate at the intersection of:

Brand strategy × Scientific credibility × Commercial clarity

You are not writing random content.

You are building and protecting a messaging system designed to scale.

· Develop the core messaging angles behind launches and campaigns

· Define headline logic, narrative flow, and benefit hierarchy

· Ensure emotional storytelling is supported by rational proof

· Create adaptable messaging frameworks for multi-channel rollouts

Your messaging must be inspiring, clear, and conversion-oriented.

· Structure PDP messaging and benefit stacks

· Translate R&D and ingredient science into accessible, compelling language

· Support packaging copy and product naming logic

· Ensure claims are credible, compliant, and persuasive

· Bring clarity to routines, bundles, and hero products

You turn complexity into clarity, without losing depth.

Own and evolve Izil’s tone of voice across:

· Website

· PDPs

· Campaigns

· Packaging

· CRM communications

· Retail materials

· Spa menus and treatment descriptions

You ensure consistency, confidence, and clarity at every customer interaction.

· Partner closely with the Creative team to align words and visuals

· Collaborate with Growth teams to ensure messaging supports performance goals

· Work with R&D / Science teams to ensure accuracy and credibility

· Provide clear copy direction and structured messaging guidance to teams

You elevate messaging quality while enabling speed and scalability.

· Develop reusable messaging frameworks and templates

· Build structured approaches to claims, benefit hierarchies, and storytelling

· Ensure messaging remains consistent as the brand expands across markets

You think in systems, not scattered lines.

· 6+ years in brand copywriting, brand strategy, or senior messaging roles

· Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-level thinking

· Experience translating scientific or technical concepts into clear consumer narratives

· Strong commercial instinct… You understand what drives action

· Ability to structure messaging hierarchies

· Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or premium consumer brands preferred

· Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment

· You think in messaging architecture, not captions

· You balance emotional storytelling with rational credibility

· You simplify without oversimplifying

· You care about precision, clarity, and consistency
