The Role

• We are hiring a Motion Manufacturing Designer to execute and deliver high-quality video content at scale.
• This is not a conceptual role.
• This role is focused on execution, clarity, and performance-driven motion output.
• This role owns:
• High-volume video editing and motion asset production
• Adaptation of campaign assets into multiple formats and durations
• Speed, accuracy, and consistency of motion output
• You will turn campaign systems and raw footage into engaging, clear, and scalable video assets.

1. High-Volume Motion Execution (Core Responsibility)

• You will deliver large volumes of motion assets across campaigns and channels.
• Edit and produce paid media video assets
• Create cutdowns, variations, and adaptations
• Work from raw footage, campaign assets, and existing edits
• Deliver fast, accurate, and consistent output
• Maintain quality across all deliverables

2. Pacing, Storytelling & Visual Flow

• You will ensure content is engaging, clear, and easy to follow.
• Structure edits with strong pacing and rhythm
• Build short-form content that captures attention quickly
• Use transitions and motion flow effectively
• Maintain clarity while keeping content dynamic

3. Messaging, Supers & Clarity

• You will ensure all motion assets communicate clearly and effectively.
• Apply captions, supers, and on-screen text
• Structure content for immediate understanding
• Prioritise clarity over visual complexity
• Ensure messaging is easy to follow and impactful

4. Multi-Channel Adaptation

• You will adapt motion content across platforms and formats.
• Work across paid, social, website, and retail screens
• Adapt videos to different aspect ratios and durations
• Ensure assets are platform-ready (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Maintain consistency across all outputs

5. Speed, Volume & Reliability

• You will operate in a high-output, fast-paced environment.
• Deliver multiple video assets daily
• Handle multiple edits and iterations simultaneously
• Meet deadlines consistently
• Maintain quality at scale

6. Technical Execution & Production Readiness

• You will ensure clean, accurate, and production-ready outputs.
• Perform basic to intermediate color correction and balancing
• Export files correctly for different platforms
• Maintain organised project files and version control
• Ensure assets are ready for immediate use

7. Collaboration & Feedback Integration

• You will work closely with internal teams and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with static, production, and marketing teams
• Receive and apply feedback efficiently
• Handle multiple revision rounds professionally
• Communicate clearly and proactively

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years in video editing, motion design, or content production
• Strong proficiency in:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• CapCut (for fast social content)
• Strong portfolio focused on short-form, performance-driven video content
• Experience adapting content across platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual clarity
• Ability to deliver high-volume output under tight timelines
• Basic to intermediate color correction skills
• Familiarity with AI tools in video workflows

Extra Value (Nice To Have)

• DaVinci Resolve for advanced color grading
• Understanding of performance marketing and content hooks
• Awareness of marketing funnels
• Strong time management and organisation skills
