About Junior’s Fashion Week

  • Premium kids’ fashion and grooming platform
  • Creates runway experiences, campaign shoots, brand showcases, and aspirational opportunities for young talent
  • Works with parents, kids, fashion brands, and premium partners

Role Overview

  • Drive leads, registrations, conversions, and revenue through digital campaigns
  • Manage paid marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Optimise the complete funnel from enquiry to registration and payment
  • Maintain JFW’s premium and aspirational brand positioning while scaling growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across digital platforms
  • Drive parent registrations for runway shows, campaign shoots, brand ambassador programmes, and other JFW offerings
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
  • Track and improve CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rates
  • Run A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, audiences, and lead forms
  • Build retargeting and remarketing funnels for parents, website visitors, and previous participants
  • Analyse campaign performance and consumer behaviour
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and revenue forecasts
  • Work closely with sales, creative, content, and operations teams
  • Optimise website landing pages, enquiry forms, WhatsApp journeys, and payment funnels
  • Support CRM activities through WhatsApp, email, and SMS marketing

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, lead generation, e-commerce, or digital growth
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, kids, events, luxury, or premium consumer brands preferred
  • Good understanding of parent behaviour, digital funnels, CRM, and remarketing
  • Experience with WordPress or similar platforms preferred
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with sales, content, creative, and operations teams
  • UAE/GCC market experience will be an added advantage
