- Identify and connect with potential participants (parents) for JFW's fashion shows across UAE
- Effectively pitch the value of Junior's Fashion Week to parents and guide them through the registration process
- Build strong relationships with parents to understand their expectations and build trust in JFW’s vision and offerings
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents during the registration process and resolve any queries
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach
- Attend and support fashion shows and promotional events
Requirements
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or client management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Arab Spoken will be a preference
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn
- Passion for kids' fashion and events is a plus

Role Overview

- As a Business Development Executive at JFW, you'll play a key role in shaping the dreams of children and creating life changing opportunities for them.
- UAE Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Key Responsibilities
- Participant Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential participants (parents) for JFW's fashion shows across UAE.
- Effectively pitch the value of Junior's Fashion Week to parents and guide them through the registration process.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with parents to understand their expectations and build trust in JFW’s vision and offerings.

- Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach.

Skills & Qualifications
