- Build long term professional relationships with clients and partners
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage confidently with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting, with experience building and managing a pipeline of potential clients
- Ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations, using presentation tools to support pitches and client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Demonstrated interest in fashion, lifestyle, or related creative industries; experience in kids fashion is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow through
- Comfort working in a fast paced, target driven environment

- This is a full time, on site Business Development Associate role based in Jaipur. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct outreach to potential brand partners, and support the onboarding of clients within the kids fashion ecosystem.
Day to day Responsibilities
