- Act as an important member of the digital marketing team
- Create and keep program roadmaps up to date and enforce program policies
- Create and execute projects defined in strategy roadmap to optimize/grow clients
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Continuously optimize digital funnels and implement onsite and offsite improvements
- Recommend new media/channel/technology usage and test
- Quantitatively forecast and assess the impact of marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- 2 years of digital performance marketing experience (agency experience required)
- Highly analytical and data driven mindset
- Experience with display and search marketing
- Ability to use performance marketing and online reporting tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Summary

- Analyze & interpret data and reports to identify trends, issues and opportunities to gain insight about how to improve sales and overall performance
- Keep follow and recommend new media/channel/technology usage, try and learn from each
- Continuously optimize digital funnels and put into practice onsite and offsite improvements
- Understand relevant technology trends in web analytics and identify opportunities to enhance our analytic capabilities
- Continuously recommend and test new acquisition channels and technologies, try and learn from each
- Quantitatively forecast & assess the impact of all marketing activities and lead our clients
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- 2 years experience year digital performance marketing experience (must be agency experience)
- Highly analytical and data driven mindset
- Experienced on display and search marketing
- Ability to use performance marketing and online reporting tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills is a must
- Ability to think innovative and creatively, keep up with new trends and technologies
