- Analyze sales performance data across different channels, products, and regions
- Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility on sales trends and opportunities
- Identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align on performance insights
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance planning processes
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting tools
- Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to improve reporting efficiency and predictive insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Solid understanding of KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis and automation is a plus
