About the Role
TheChefz is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support and execute HR operational activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law. The role manages employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, government relations coordination, and documentation.

Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, HR letters, and employee documentation in compliance with Saudi Labor Law
- Ensure employee records are accurate, up to date, and maintained within HR systems and personnel files
- Administer employee attendance, leave management, and other HR operational processes
- Coordinate with Government Relations (GRO) regarding employee related government services, including GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and other regulatory platforms
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring accuracy of employee data, attendance records, deductions, and allowances
- Monitor employee probation periods and coordinate performance review documentation with managers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal HR procedures
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, contracts, and employment matters
- Assist in developing and improving HR policies, procedures, and operational workflows
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information and HR records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations or Human Resources
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
- Experience with HR systems (Jisr, Odoo, Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Familiarity with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic

Job Purpose
