OKR delivery: scope, discovery, design and execution of key results against assigned OKRs and timescales;

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all communications related to your OKRs, ensuring alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders;

Led by data: Analyse and interpret relevant data, workforce metrics creating insights to identify future OKRs with a natural focus on continuous process improvement.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing People processes, design and implement more efficient solutions, making them smoother, automated and more responsive, ensuring adherence to best practice and relevant legislation;

End-to-end OKR Ownership - you will be a an out-and-out “doer”, owning the end to end delivery of your own projects (OKRs) by managing every aspect of the process yourself from creating the project plan, writing the comms, creating and maintaining the spreadsheets / documentation, attending all meetings (eg consultation meetings, if required) and closing out the project through to retro;

Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure that outcomes are adopted successfully by employees and managers;

Budget & Risk Management: Deliver OKRs within budget, effectively manage operational costs, track data, key performance indicators, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

Status updates: Maintain appropriate documentation, status reports, stakeholder maps, and post-project retros ensuring all stakeholders feel well informed

Employee Experience: Ensure the employee experience is the best it can be, both for employees, Zepz and of course, for our users;
