Role Summary
The P&O Senior Executive acts as a trusted operational partner, supporting the execution of people strategies to enhance employee engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness.
The role requires proactive coordination, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to support managers with their P&O needs.
It also involves contributing to Emiratization and nationalization goals.
This is achieved through effective hiring, development, and retention strategies.
Role Profile
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, provide people and organization guidance, and support United Arab Emirates national development and Emiratization initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned with organizational values, focusing on integrating United Arab Emirates national talent.
- Oversee performance management processes and collaborate with managers to identify and support employee development needs, especially for United Arab Emirates nationals.
- Maintain human resources data, prepare reports, and provide insights on Emiratization progress and hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with United Arab Emirates labour laws and internal policies while managing recruitment, onboarding, and national hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with shared services and cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and support the delivery of human capital initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively support managers and employees.
- Show proven experience in supporting Emiratization programs and initiatives.
- Manage multiple priorities with a proactive and confident approach.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience, and demonstrate fluency in English while Arabic proficiency is preferred.
