As the People Operations Manager, you will be the custodian of our regional HR service delivery model.

You will lead a talented team to ensure a high-performing, consistent, and highly efficient HR service across all countries in our scope.

Your mission will be to maintain a clear line between strategic support and transactional administration, leveraging data, technology, and continuous improvement methodologies to elevate the employee experience.

• Lead the implementation of regional operational improvements using LEAN methodology.
• Standardize regional templates, operating procedures, and service standards while respecting legitimate local requirements.
• Maintain a regional HR Operations improvement backlog to ensure our service model evolves with business needs.

• Oversee Tier 0 and Tier 1 support services, ensuring high accuracy, quick resolution times, and robust customer satisfaction (SLA management).
• Actively monitor operational dashboards and monthly performance metrics to mitigate risks.
