Support the marketing department by applying academic knowledge to specific projects and subjects.
Assist the department with administrative tasks.
Marketing and Analytics Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze market data and intelligence to inform marketing and sales plans.
- Gather customer and market data to contribute to reviews of marketing activities.
- Interpret data and identify potential solutions across relevant processes and procedures.
- Contribute to the preparation of data and analytics reports.
- Assist in developing tactical marketing campaigns.
- Use strategic planning systems and protocols to support team members.
Support and Brand Responsibilities
- Resolve internal or external customer and supplier queries, escalating policy interpretation issues when necessary.
- Uphold brand guidelines, perform brand management tasks, and support other team members.
