Role Overview
The Client Advisor delivers personalized premium client experiences and develops long-term client relationships.
The role aims to understand and fulfill client desires while turning clients into brand ambassadors.
Playing Your Part
- Deliver an exceptional in-store journey and create a friendly client environment.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and capture client data for follow-up.
- Achieve sales targets, execute the luxury sales ceremony, handle negotiations, and assist after-sales clients.
- Communicate the Maison’s values, history, and collections with passion.
- Support boutique operations, merchandising, inventories, and special projects while following policies.
Success Criteria
- At least five years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
