About the Role
Richemont is seeking an HR Operations Administrator for a fixed-term contract with its regional People Operations team in Dubai.
The role delivers precise, timely, and efficient transactional HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, triage, resolve, and escalate daily HR queries as a Tier 1 HR Support Agent.
- Manage employee requests such as salary letters, bank verifications, and policy-compliant reimbursements.
- Provide basic HR data reports and system extracts, including distribution lists and exit reports, to authorized team members.
- Share query trend feedback with the People Operations Manager to help identify root causes and improve services.
- Monitor and manage daily HCM tasks, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth integration with downstream systems.
- Enter and verify overtime, commission, and variable payroll data for monthly payroll validation.
- Run regular data quality checks to keep digital employee records compliant, accurate, and up to date.
