Requirements
- Experience
- ● 10+ years of HRBP / senior people-partnering experience in Tech, Product or FinTech sectors.
- ● Proven track record in organisation design and capability build.
- ● Exposure to, or direct experience partnering with, Sales, Product or Operations functions.
- ● Experience operating in a multi-country or matrixed environment.
- Desired
- ● Experience in a PE-backed or transformation setting.
- ● Background in the maritime technology sector (nice to have).
- Education
- ● University degree in HR, business or a related field.
- ● CIPD Level 7 or equivalent (desired).
- ● MBA, OD or change certification (advantageous).
