About the Role
We are seeking a Payroll & Data Migration Analyst to support a 12-month payroll data migration project as part of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation. The role requires 3-5 years of payroll/data migration experience, hands-on Dynamics 365 expertise, and strong knowledge of UAE payroll practices.

- Support the end to end migration of payroll data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Validate, cleanse, and reconcile legacy payroll data prior to migration
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate mapping of payroll elements (earnings, deductions, benefits, etc.)
- Assist in system configuration testing, including parallel runs and UAT
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies, errors, or data gaps during migration
- Assist in processing payroll during the transition period to ensure business continuity
- Ensure payroll outputs are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
- Support reconciliation activities between legacy systems and Dynamics 365 outputs
- Act as a key point of contact between HR, Finance, and IT / system implementation partners
- Provide subject matter expertise on payroll processes and statutory requirements
- Support training and knowledge transfer to internal teams post implementation
- Ensure payroll data and processes comply with UAE labour laws and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ solid payroll/data migration experience, preferably in a UAE based organisation
- Proven experience working on payroll system implementations or data migrations
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / Finance modules) — essential
- Strong understanding of payroll structures, including salaries, allowances, commissions, end of service benefits, leave and absence impact on payroll
- Advanced Excel skills (data validation, reconciliation, analysis)
- Strong working knowledge of UAE/regional payroll practices
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The Role
- We are seeking a Payroll & Data Migration Analyst to support a critical 12 month payroll data migration project as part of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation.
- This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and successful migration of payroll data, working closely with HR, Finance, and external implementation partners.
- The position requires strong regional technical payroll expertise, hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a meticulous, detail oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years’ solid payroll/data migration experience, preferably in a UAE based organisation, but with regional MENA experience
- Proven experience working on payroll system implementations or data migrations
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / Finance modules) — essential
- Strong understanding of payroll structures, including Salaries, allowances, commissions, End of service benefits, Leave and absence impact on payroll
- Advanced Excel skills (data validation, reconciliation, analysis) with experience with manual payroll/accounting systems would be preferrable
- Regional Payroll knowledge and experience is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of UAE/regional payroll practices
- Exposure to regional payroll systems and practices across the GCC and wider region is highly desirable, specifically in UAE, Bahrain, Oman, KSA, and Egypt
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
