Role Overview

  • Seeking an Analyst or Graduate Valuer specializing in valuations for a range of purposes.
  • Opportunity to work with a diverse client base including local and international banks, private wealth clients, multinational corporations, and government entities.
  • Based in Riyadh, the position will involve projects across Saudi Arabia and may occasionally extend to the broader Middle East region.
  • Ideal candidate will either be working towards or planning to pursue TAQEEM certification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out property valuations for land, apartments, villas, offices, warehouses and buildings, both existing property, new build and under construction, ensuring correct advice and guidance on market values.
  • Conduct valuation assignments, including but not limited to inspection, valuation, report writing, meeting and presenting to clients.
  • Collate information from internal and external sources on the Middle East property markets.
  • Maintain a database of information by coordinating with the research and valuation team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to obtain and provide data on markets.
  • Preparation of reports from data collected on the assignments as and when required.
  • Develop relationships with companies, institutions and other bodies with a view to offering Savills Middle East capabilities and obtaining information on ongoing or future work.
  • Contribute to fee income commensurate with role and as set by the line manager.
  • Produce high quality presentation skills, with the ability to present information accurately and succinctly both orally and in draft reports.
  • Coordinate and manage instructions, specifically the turnaround time whilst maintaining quality control.
  • Manage multiple instructions at the same time efficiently and effectively.
  • Escalating issues to Partners and Surveyors as required.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  • Educated to Bachelor's degree and/or Masters level (Real Estate or Finance degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Driving license holder (KSA).
  • 1 2 years' experience in the KSA is highly preferred.
  • Have a sound business knowledge especially within this market sector.
  • Has broad knowledge of principles and practices of related disciplines.
  • Willingness to travel for research/inspections across KSA.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent reporting and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and excellent team player.
  • Based in the Riyadh or willing to relocate.
