About the Role
Savills Middle East seeks an HR Administrator to support the HR department with administrative tasks, onboarding, offboarding, and regional projects. The role requires a minimum bachelor's degree in HR or business, one year office experience, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities
- Prepare employee letters such as salary certificates, salary transfer letters, NOCs, payslips
- Provide support with onboarding and offboarding tasks including reference checks, welcome packs, corporate photos, HR system profiles, RERA registrations, health insurance, final settlement
- Manage GPSSA registrations and cancellations for GCC National employees
- Manage monthly GPSSA invoice processing with finance
- Conduct annual employee file and HR system audit
- Assist with general Arabic translations as required
- Maintain employee visa tracker database and provide Government Relations Officers with required documentation for visa renewals, new joiner and leaver visas
- Assist with charity and employment engagement initiatives
- Enhance UAE National presence in Savills (e.g., deliver HR Induction for UAE National new joiners, arrange UAE National Day celebration, assist with recruitment of UAE Nationals, participate in career fairs)
- Manage probation review process
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
- Support the regional HR Director and HR Business Partner with scheduling, coordination, and ad hoc tasks

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources or business
- Minimum one year office based experience
- UAE National required (with family book)
- Fluent English and Arabic, both written and spoken

The Role
- The HR Administrator will provide support to the Human Resources department.
- They will assist the Senior HR Admin Executive on various HR administrative tasks and assist the HR Business Partner on regional HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare employee letters as requested from staff within defined turnaround time e.g., salary certificates, salary transfer letters, NOCs, payslips etc.
- Provide support to the Senior HR Admin Executive with onboarding and offboarding tasks such as (but not limited to) conducting new hire reference checks, prepare welcome packs for new joiners, arrange corporate photos for new joiners with in house photographer, create new joiner profiles on HR Syste
- Manage GPSSA registrations and cancellations for GCC National employees.
- Manage monthly GPSSA invoice processing with finance.
- Conduct annual employee file and HR system audit to ensure all required documents are in their folders, in conjunction with the Senior HR Admin Executive.
- Assist with any general Arabic translations as required.
- Maintain an employee visa tracker database and provide Government Relations Officers with required documentation for visa renewals, new joiner and leaver visas.
- Assist with charity and employment engagement initiatives throughout the year.
- Enhance UAE National presence in Savills (e.g., deliver HR Induction for UAE National new joiners, arrange UAE National Day celebration in office, assist with recruitment of UAE Nationals as part of Emiratization campaign, participate in career fairs at local universities).
- Manage probation review process.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment, escalate complex employee relations issues to the HRBP and assist with cases where appropriate
- Assist with any ad hoc HR Admin tasks as required.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources or business
- Minimum one year office based experience
- UAE National required (with family book)
