NAFFCO Qatar seeks a Dispatch Officer / Purchase Officer to coordinate purchasing activities, manage dispatch operations, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries to customers
- Update sales order status, delivery status, and ETAs for available items and communicate updates to concerned departments
- Follow up with Purchasing Department regarding non available items and procurement status
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Follow up with customers regarding delivery schedules, concerns, and requirements
- Coordinate with Accounts Department on invoice related matters and documentation
- Coordinate with Maintenance Sales and Project Teams for project initiation and execution processes
- Monitor and track customer orders from order receipt until successful delivery
- Prepare and maintain dispatch, delivery, and purchasing records
- Ensure all delivery documents and purchase records are accurate and up to date
- Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations
- Report any delays, shortages, or operational issues to management and propose solutions
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, purchasing, or coordination roles
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Location: NAFFCO Qatar
