Overview
- We are looking for a detail-driven and reliable Payroll Accountant to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local labor laws, and timely salary disbursements.
- You will work closely with HR and Finance teams to maintain payroll integrity and support reporting and audit requirements.
- Job scope:
- Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, WPS requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries, benefits, deductions, and overtime.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams.
- Coordinate with HR on employee data, leave records, and final settlements.
- Handle end-of-service benefits, gratuity calculations, and leave encashments.
- Support audits by providing payroll documentation and reports.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree / related in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in payroll accounting (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS system.
- Proficiency in accounting/payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Experience
- PRO: 3 years (Required)

- Arabic & English fluently (Required)
License And Certification
- UAE driving license (Required)
- Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Required)
