Role overview
The Way4 Payment Systems Specialist administers, supports, and optimizes the Way4 payment platform.
The role focuses on payment processing operations, card issuing and acquiring, transaction monitoring, troubleshooting, and system support.
The specialist supports integrations with payment networks and third-party systems to maintain secure, reliable, and highly available payment services.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support the Way4 payment platform.
- Monitor daily payment processing operations and system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve transaction, application, and integration issues.
- Support card issuing, acquiring, merchant, and payment product configurations.
- Manage Visa, Mastercard, payment gateway, and external system integrations.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
- Support upgrades, patches, enhancements, and releases.
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain operational and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to implement payment services.
