The Role
Part-time remote role supporting payment processing, transaction records, event hosting, customer service, store administration, inventory coordination, and operational activities.
The role balances financial, customer-facing, event, retail, and store-related responsibilities.
Payment Processing
- Process authorized payments, receipts, refunds, credits, and transaction records through approved systems.
- Verify payment amounts, customer information, transaction references, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain transaction, receipt, invoice, refund, and payment-confirmation records.
- Assist with reconciliation, payment exceptions, billing discrepancies, refunds, and account updates.
Events and Guest Support
- Welcome guests, customers, VIPs, speakers, suppliers, and event participants professionally.
- Support registration, guest check-in, badges, seating, schedules, directions, and event information.
- Coordinate with event managers, venue staff, suppliers, security, catering, and technical teams.
- Assist with event setup, signage, materials, equipment, guest areas, and post-event activities.
