The Role
Support daily outlet operations, team coordination, customer service, and performance management.
Help ensure smooth outlet performance through staff productivity, customer satisfaction, stock control, and business objectives.
Work Arrangement
- The description states that the position is part-time and fully remote.
- The role coordinates with remote management and on-site outlet teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily outlet activities and frontline operations.
- Supervise staff schedules, attendance, task allocation, and performance.
- Maintain customer service, presentation, and operational discipline standards.
- Monitor sales, service performance, customer feedback, and outlet targets.
- Coordinate inventory, replenishment, deliveries, and product availability.
- Address customer concerns and operational issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, finance, operations, and management.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, cash-handling, and operating procedures are followed.
- Support staff training, coaching, onboarding, and performance development.
- Prepare outlet reports and recommend operational improvements.
