The Role
Support application processing, documentation, status tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Manage detailed information, maintain accurate records, and coordinate multiple application workflows effectively.
Work Arrangement
- The role is fully remote and based in the United Arab Emirates.
- The position is part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and organize applications.
- Check submitted information and supporting documents for completeness.
- Maintain accurate application records and status updates.
- Track pending documents, follow-ups, and processing deadlines.
- Coordinate application information with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Respond to routine application-related inquiries professionally.
- Identify incomplete or inconsistent information and escalate appropriately.
- Prepare application reports, summaries, and progress updates.
- Support process improvements that enhance application efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling applicant and business information.
