Role overview
Develop accurate patterns from design specifications to support textile manufacturing and production.
Translate patterns, measurements, and technical details into production-ready formats while maintaining quality, fit, and manufacturing feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Create patterns from design sketches, technical drawings, specifications, and measurement charts.
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, and sample-development teams to implement accurate patterns.
- Prepare grading and size specifications and refine patterns using fittings, prototypes, and production feedback.
- Maintain pattern documentation, technical files, and measurement specifications.
- Support samples and prototypes and ensure compliance with quality and production requirements.
- Participate in departmental performance evaluations and perform related assigned duties.
