- Arrange and attend events

Main Tasks
- Greet visitors and patients, determine their needs and guide them accordingly.
- Answer queries and provide information directly or on the telephone.
- Carry out relevant tasks as required by supervisor.
- Book appointments and follow up appointments according to patient request.
- Quote for products and services.
- Handle patient complaint in a timely manner.
- Update shift checklist and ensure all tasks are completed.
- Visit schools and convince them for cooperation.
- Attend treatment sessions and check child response to treatment.
- Handle enquiries/complaints from patients and solve them.
- Introduce about our service/price to families.
- Handle early intervention program or summer camp.
Marketing
- Creating Posts and take pictures and video
- Daily advertisement on social media
- Monitor google reviews
- Contact Leeds & Perform visits as per management request
- Arrange & Attend events
Pay
- AED 3,500.00 per month
