- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals
- Conduct training workshops for teachers and shadow teachers
Requirements
- DOH License or DHA eligibility/transferable HCPC
- Experience in occupational therapy
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments
- Knowledge of evidence based techniques

- Conduct eligibility recommendation for students in school as needed.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Help patients develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills.
- Aid patients in improving basic motor functions and reasoning abilities.
- Assist patients in performing activities such as dressing, cooking, and eating.
- Incorporate physical exercises to increase strength and dexterity.
- Select appropriate treatment techniques including ADL independence and assistive devices.
- Use splinting techniques per PIMC guidelines.
- Conduct seating assessments and provide suitable seating systems.
- Write thorough reports, intervention plans, and progress summaries.
- Implement therapeutic interventions using evidence based techniques.
- Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate therapy sessions.
- Participate in medical department meetings.
- Collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary teams.
Pay
- AED 13,000.00 per month
