- Provide direct patient care based on individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in the patient’s condition
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance
- Document all care provided accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards
- Respond to medical emergencies appropriately
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are maintained and used correctly
