About the Role
Lumos Dental & Aesthetic Clinic seeks a highly motivated Patient Coordinator / Lead Conversion Specialist to manage incoming leads from social media and digital marketing, convert them into booked consultations, and achieve monthly targets.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from social media platforms, WhatsApp, website forms, and advertising campaigns
- Engage with potential patients professionally and confidently
- Convert leads into booked consultations and treatment appointments
- Follow up consistently with unconverted leads to maximize booking rates
- Maintain accurate records of all patient communications in the clinic management system
- Achieve monthly booking and conversion targets
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure efficient diary management
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead conversion performance
- Handle patient concerns and provide detailed information about treatments and services
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead conversion, telesales, patient coordination, sales, or customer service
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and booking targets
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong experience handling leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital marketing channels
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective patients
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Experience in dental, aesthetic, healthcare, or luxury service industries is preferred
