About the Role
Lumos Dental & Aesthetic Clinic seeks a Cold Calling & Lead Conversion Executive to contact leads from social media and website inquiries, convert them into confirmed appointments, and maintain CRM records.

Responsibilities
- Contact leads generated from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, WhatsApp, and website inquiries
- Follow up with new and existing leads professionally
- Convert inquiries into confirmed clinic appointments
- Handle objections and educate patients about available treatments
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Follow up on missed appointments and inactive leads
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets
- Coordinate with doctors and reception to optimize appointment scheduling
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the patient journey
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead conversion
- Experience in a medical clinic, dental clinic, aesthetic clinic, or healthcare environment is highly preferred
- Fluent English is required
- Arabic is a strong advantage
- Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work under targets and KPIs
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp Business

- We are looking for a highly motivated and target driven Lead Conversion Executive to join our team.
- This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and experience in converting leads into confirmed appointments.
