Job Description

We are a high-end medical & aesthetic clinic in Dubai seeking an **Arabic/English-speaking Leads Management & Bookings ( CLINIC )** to handle inbound leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.

This role is ideal for someone who understands **patient psychology**, is confident in sales, and knows how to follow up professionally to maximize conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle **inbound leads** from WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and marketing campaigns
  • Contact potential patients promptly and professionally
  • Explain clinic services, packages, and offers clearly
  • Convert leads into **confirmed appointments**
  • Follow up with undecided leads until closure
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings
  • Coordinate closely with reception, doctors, and management
  • Achieve monthly sales and booking targets

Requirements

  • **Fluent Arabic AND ENGLISH is mandatory** (English required)
  • Previous experience in **clinic sales / medical center / aesthetic clinic** is a strong advantage
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Professional communication & customer handling
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business, CRM, or lead systems is a plus
